Returns Policy
- You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as lingerie, earrings, or beauty products) are non-returnable, unless faulty.
- Personalised items are also non-returnable, unless faulty.
How to Return
- Email us at champagneandsilk@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and a return address.
- Pack your item securely and return it to us within 7 days of approval.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service as we are not liable for lost returns.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us to reserve your preferred size or style.
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and approved.
