Returns policy

We hope you love your purchase from Champagne & Silk, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

• You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
   
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
   
• For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as lingerie, earrings, or beauty products) are non-returnable, unless faulty. 

• Personalised items are also non-returnable, unless faulty.
   

1. Email us at champagneandsilk@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
    
2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return address.
    
3. Pack your item securely and return it to us within 7 days of approval.
    

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
   
• We recommend using a tracked service as we are not liable for lost returns.
   

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
   
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
   

• If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us to reserve your preferred size or style.
   
• Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and approved.
